Si turtle & Si Ben10.....

Si turtle ni Hannah punya.....beli kat Aquaria. Hannah sayang kat turtle ni....jalan2 pun kena bawak turtle. Tido pun turtle kat sebelah, share bantal. Ada satu hari dekat fish spa, Hannah baling turtle dlm kolam ikan...isskk....turtle tu mana boleh berenang...habis turtle basah.....tapi dah kering dah...
Ini Adam Hafiz aka BEN1o!! 
Buat dlm Aquaria hari tu. Kebetulan sesak sangat sebab ada pertunjukan memberi makan ikan....kami lepak2 jap sementara tunggu show habis....ada gerai lukis karikatur ni....mula2 adam takmo jadi model. Tetiba dia nampak karikatur BEN10. Terus setuju....dlm 15-20 minit siap. Adam kata orang tu lukis macam muka Mama!! Kekekeke...ye la dah adam muka macam mama. Dia tak syok mula-mula...tapi bila mama cakap nanti besar muka adam jadi macam muka ayah. Baru dia senyum2 :-p

Baju...baju...baju.....

Weekend panjang hari tu ada beli baju 3 helai. Kali ni agak buta fesyen. Ntah apa-apa jenis baju eynda beli. Kaler pun kurang menarik.
Yg ni beli kat ZARA. Size xs tapi bila pakai besar lorrr....macam pompuan peknen (padahal berlambak baju eynda kembang2 cam ni hihi)
Ni pulak beli kat Marks & Spencer. Size 10. Tak try pun. Hentam beli. Tinggal size 10 sehelai yg lain semua size 18. Size 18 harus jadi macam baju pinjam :-p
Nasib baik balik rumah try elok dgn body :-)
Dari Marks & Spencer jugak.....tapi inner tu beli kat gerai2 je....nak matchkan dgn baju belang2 tu...size 14. Agak menggelebeh skit.....kalau nak pakai terpaksa ketatkan area pinggang tu baru terletak elok.

Menara Kuala Lumpur....

Hari sabtu lepas bawak anak-anak ke Menara Kuala Lumpur. Adam la bising...dia tak pernah pegi tempat yg tinggi tu...time balik siap bagitahu nanti nak pegi lagi....
Benda ni je dia seronok buat.....setiap teropong tu dia test hehe....
Area bawah menara tu ada pameran haiwan2 apa ntah...bawak diaorg ni masuk tengok....
Kebetulan ada 2 mat salleh ni nak bergambar dgn ular tu....eynda ambik peluang snap gambar...kelabu skit sebab kelam kabut snap hehe..
Burung ni kiut....tapi pekerja kat situ cakap burung ni garang....gigit2....tak ikat tali langsung tu....heran tak terbang pulak dia!! Eynda snap gambar dia siap posing tenung eynda....:-)

Sepetang di Putrajaya.....

Sape pegi Putrajaya kat food court & souq petang semalam?? Ada nampak tak sorang budak perempuan umur 2 tahun rambut toing toing curly terjerit-jerit, lari sana sini...panjat pagar kat luar food court tu nak tengok "finkkk" (fish)....haaaa...tu la HANNAH kekekekke.....
Petang semalam saje je bawak anak2 gi Putrajaya. Tak plan pun. Tapi bila mama tahu ayah nak pegi Putrajaya, mama siap buat plan....pegi Alamanda dulu, nak balik baru singgah kat tepi tasik tu. Ayah tak approved laaaa....dgn pilunyer mama cakap ok la kali ni pegi kat tasik tu je la. Dah ayah bagi kata 2....pilih nak pi alamanda atau tepi tasik tu...hhmmm....
Ni gambar budak takmo balik.....bila cakap nak ambik gambar dia nangis2, geleng2 kepala dia takmo bagi mama snap hehe...kesian pun ada...geram pun ada...letih dgn kelasakan dia....tapi ayah cakap...mama dok komplen letih hannah lasak sangat kat putrajaya tu...padahal dulu kat putrajaya jugak la mama sampai nangis2 sebab kelasakan Adam yg lagi tersangat la lasak!!!! Oopppssss...mama baru teringat hehe....maklum la dah lama tak rasa terseksa :-p
Ada hati nak panjat pagar tu...nak tengok "finkk" dekat2...isskk...jenuh pegang...takut gak...mama ni bukan kuat sangat hihi...

Anak dara tu naik tangga sendiri dari bawah sampai ke atas. Mama & ayah berharap malam Hannah tido ternganga la sebab letih panjat tangga...hampeehhh.....bangun jugak malam tadi nak nyusu.....tapi sekali je la :-)
Yg ni pun dia nak panjat langkah nak pegi kat air tu...dia pantang tengok air sebenarnyer...

Mama suka gambar ni.....lepas nangis ngamuk2 takmo balik tetiba berdiri tepi ayah & termenung tengok apa ntah....macam tengah sayu jek :-p
Abang Adam yg boring. Padahal dulu2 dia sampai kat Putrajaya tu takmo balik gak....lagi la lari sana sini berpeluh mama kejar :-D
Sekejap je kami kat situ....ada banyak gerai2 kat dataran depan masjid tu...upacara pelepasan larian Hadhari ke menda ntah....dah habis dah...cuma gerai2 tu masih ada jual2 barang...tak singgah pun....tak sempat tengok apa pun...asyik kejar hannah je....plan nak tapau apa-apa kat food court tu...tapi adam nak makan pizza pulak...budak demam ngidam....Hannah dengar2 pizza dia pun bising la nak pizza jugak...so balik dinner kat Pizza Hut depan rumah je la...:-)

Sedih hokayyy....

Entry ala-ala sedih ni...
Nikon coolpix eynda tetiba takleh guna....bila on keluar mesej " Lense cover error!!" :-(
Baru je guna ambik gambar hannah utk entry "Hannah ~ dulu & sekarang".....tak masuk air pun...tak jatuh pun....last sekali eynda keluarkan bateri utk dicaj & kamera tu eynda masukkan balik dlm casing dia. Tup tup dah rosak pulak :-(  Guna kamera henpon je la buat masa ni. Nak guna D40 kekadang malas bawak jalan-jalan. 
Semalam dah korek2 kotak coolpix tu. Nasib baik jumpa warranty card. 3 tahun warranty.....beli 2007 so masih dlm warranty...hubby cakap weekend ni bawak gi kedai yg beli hari tu utk repair. Harap2 boleh ok balik la. Hubby cakap nanti kamera tu la dia nak bawak gi umrah next year. Kalau rosak takleh elok terpaksa beli kamera lain....takmo dia bawak D40 yg besar tu hehe...

GNC Lean Shake.....

Ini la Lean shake (botol belakang tu...abaikan hydroxycut yg nak interprem gak tu...)  yg eynda ambik sejak 2 minggu lepas. On & off...sabtu ahad tak ambik...kekadang je masa breakfast. Gantikan 2 meal biasa dgn shake ni. Perisa coklat. Paling best campur dgn HL strawberry low fat milk. Yummyyyyy...bikin ketagih :-p
Memang mengenyangkan. Cuma kalau workout lebih2, shake saje tak cukup....eynda terpaksa makan benda lain. Selalunyer eynda makan salad la.
Ada yg tanya, apa beza shake ni dgn Herbalife?? Dari segi taste, GNC punya lagi manis. Tapi eynda tak pernah campur dgn air masak semata-mata. Satu hari nanti nak try jugak. GNC shake takde jual set2 macam herbalife yg ada teamix & protein powder. Actually ada jual protein powder tapi eynda beli yg ni je :-p

Sabtu @ 1 Utama

Lepas Zohor kami keluar ke 1 Utama. Lunch kat Dave's Deli...
Hannah comot sebab makan mushroom soup. Suka betul dia dgn mushroom soup walaupun kami ada order fries jugak....padahal dia selalunyer makan fries. Dah boring kot...
Ni gaya budak yg tengah demam *sigh*....pagi2 ok lagi....bila naik kete dah nampak muka macam tak sihat...so...sekejap je la kami kat 1 Utama....
Lunch kami.....sedap jugak....tapi macam tak kenyang hehe...maklum la perut melayu ni dapat nasi baru puas :-p
Ada show pulak kat lower ground...nak krismas ni kan....comey2 budak2 tu...sempat snap dari jauh...
Pegi toys r us...Hannah dapat kawan baruuuu...Hannah namakan dia HANIM hehe...(Hanim jangan tersedak tau :-p) Doll tu actually kalau kita pegang tangan kiri dia...nanti dia berjalan dgn kita....eynda pun tak reti nak buat betul2 tapi boleh nampak la kaki dia start berjalan....hannah lagi la tak reti buat....dia angkat je HANIM tu ...
Suka betul dia dgn doll tu.....mula2 dia nak pilih yg pakai kembang2 macam princess tapi mama dgn ayah nampak yg tu macam tak cun. Yg ni baru cun :-p....Adam dapat ultraman....dlm banyak2 toys kat situ ultraman jugak yg dia nak...
Lepas keluar dari toys r us, kami pegi Marks & Spencer pulak. Hubby cari baju kemeja keje. Beli sehelai je....yg berkenan banyak tapi semua macam stereotype je...macam yg dah ada kat rumah hehe....hubby suruh eynda pilih kot2 ada baju yg eynda berkenan, dia nak bayarkan.....tapi eynda takmo sebab mahal2 la baju kat situ.....memang ada yg ok skit harga tapi masalahnyer yg eynda berkenan semua harga RM200 ke atas!!....membazir je beli....eynda cakap kat hubby kalau beli baju kat NICHII boleh dapat 3-4 helai la....so hubby kata cuti krimas ni panjang, kita gi shopping....yeayyyy!!
Seterusnyer masuk GNC, top up Lean shake eynda yg dah habis. Beli 2 botol terus utk stock sebulan. Pas tu hubby beli hydroxycut utk dia. Buy 1 free 1. Total semua tolak 30% less utk member plus free 1 hydroxycut tu RM600 lebih gak la....

Makan-makan di hari khamis....

Hari khamis lepas biras call ajak lunch kat rumah dia...dekat je....blok yg sama hehe..so eynda bawak adam & hannah lunch kat rumah cousin diaorg tu....seronok la diaorg....
Hannah lenggang kangkung....siap bawak beg tangan lagi haha...amboih!!
Hannah ada kawan laaaa...Sarah...tua 2 bulan je dari hannah tapi tinggi & petah bercakap....malu-malu skit...:-) Actually Sarah ni bakal jiran Hannah kat Cahaya SPK nanti....opposite rumah kami je nanti.....Sarah pun duduk kat kondo ni jugak sekarang :-)
Hero-hero sedang duduk relaks tengok TV lepas kekenyangan...
Menu ...masakan kampung...tapi sedaaappp...yummyyyy....habis diet eynda haha....takpe la sekali sekala kan....minggu ni pun memang makan banyak...nasib baik berat menten :-)
Nak balik daaahhh....ewah-ewaaahhh...jalan berpegangan tangan lagik....bagus la dah kenal awal-awal....nanti pindah rumah baru Hannah dah ada kawan :-) Owwhh...mana adam??? Adam takmo balik lagi la....masih kat rumah cousin dia tu....pas tu petang skit terus sambung main dgn member2 dia pulak.... :-)

My daily workout 3

Skipping sounds as an inexpensive and simple exercise that can be performed anywhere, either be at your home or a nearby park, you might even observe children skipping ropes on sidewalks. One you develop coordination between skipping and rope movement, you can skip for longer time without any miss.
1.Skipping rope can be beneficial in your exercise to lose weight. It is so effective in burning calories that an hour of skipping rope will make you burn up to 1000 calories.
2.The exercise is easy to learn, doesn’t need you to look for a guide or coach. The best thing about this activity is that once you start skipping, you learn very quickly and in no time you start skipping like a kid.
3.It’s inexpensive as you only need a rope.
4.It turns out to be fun when you start doing it with a friend or a group of friends.
5.It enhances your coordination and rhythm between hands and feet movements.
6.Strengthens your bones and increases your stamina and endurance.
7.When you practice it with your friends, it develops a sense of teamwork and social skills in you.
8.It makes you more vigilant and alert. It increases your attention skills.
9.It can be a healthy sport and competitions can be held for it all year round.
10.It can be exercised by people from any age groups and both genders.
11.Skipping enhances flexibility and athletic abilities. It improves your reflexes, balance and posture.
12.It tones your muscles in arms, legs and abs.
13.Without running it speeds your heart rate like that of a runner and so requires a lot of energy to maintain a good fitness point.
14.But skipping rope can be frustrating or boring as after a few jumps you miss. Even if you have a good stamina and maintain a good coordination, you fail to skip for more than 2 minutes. This is because your calves and Achilles tendons are stressed when you keep skipping in the same pattern and when they sting you start missing.
So to skip without missing you have to keep changing from a single bounce to a double bounce or to a skip or a jog or a knee up. You should keep changing the skipping style after every 30 seconds to avoid fatigue. To avoid a miss you can even do side skipping or rotating rope without jumping. This can be to warm you up in the start or to avoid any halt during the sets.

My daily workout 2

Leg Lifts are a great lower abdominal exercise, but they can put extra pressure on your back if done incorrectly.
Leg Lifts & Raises
Starting Position: Lie on your back, with your hands at your side or just under your buttocks.
Form: Keeping your knees slightly bent, lift your legs straight in the air. Keep your back flat against the floor throughout the movement, especially as you lower your legs. Keep tension on your abs by not lowering all the way to the floor.
Personal Trainer Tips: The lower you extend your legs the more challenging this exercise is for the ab muscles and lower back.
Use your ab muscles to keep your back from arching or simply do not lower your legs as close to the ground. 
This workout eynda boleh buat 10x je so far.....sekarang bila turunkan kaki ke bawah without cecah lantai tu dah kurang rasa ketar2 hehe....tapi part perut masih rasa terketar-ketar lagi....kena pastikan bahagian perut yg rasa tekanan....baru berkesan...:-)

My daily workout 1

Bicycle Crunches
Starting Position: Lie on your back with your hips bent about 90 degrees and your hands behind your head.
Form: As you curl your body forward, like in a crunch, bring your right knee towards your left elbow and extend your left leg out 45 degrees. While keeping you shoulders lifted off the floor continue alternating from left to right, bringing your opposite knees and elbows together.
Personal Trainer Tips: Keeping your shoulders lifted off the floor keeps more tension on the abs and works them harder. 
The tempo and repetitions can vary for this exercise. Slow tempo and fewer reps (15 each side) help a little more with firming. Fast tempo and more reps (50 each side) help more with fat burning. 
Workout Tip: If you are doing other exercises that are on a bench, such as chest flyes or chest presses, perform bicycle crunches in between sets to get some extra ab work in.
That is chest flye- bicycle - chest flye- bicycle (for 3 sets). This is called the super set technique. A super set is simply when you take two exercises and do them in alternating fashion with little rest between exercises.
A main benefit is that you can get more done in less time.
Another bonus is that the bench is usually a little softer and less stable than the floor, so your ab muscles will work a slightly harder to help maintain your balance.
If you feel like you neglect your abs during your workouts, use supersets and put them in the middle of your workout so you don't rush off and skip them.
I teach this technique to my clients, so that they can get more core strengthening in their workout without spending 2 hours in the gym.
Try doing super sets in your next workout, or clear a place on the floor tonight before you get settled on the sofa.
Remember to smile when you're working out... it will trick your brain into thinking you actually enjoy it :)
Eynda baru start this workout minggu ni. Mula2 rasa payah tapi lama-lama dah boleh buat dgn pantas. Memang ada rasa tekanan kat bahagian perut. Best!!
So far paling maximum eynda buat 100x (10x 1 set)

Ini gambar hannah selepas 3 hari keluar dari perut mama....kecik je dia...2.7kg....mama sedaya upaya makan banyak-banyak....mana tahu boleh dapat baby besar 3kg ke...hehe...tapi rupanyer mama yg "membesar" :-p
Hannah tak banyak ragam masa kecik-kecik....6 bulan pertama dia banyak tido je.....malam2 pun bangun sekali dua je utk menyusu...kekadang jenuh gerak suruh bangun menyusu....
Dari habis pantang dah ajar duduk dlm stroller....seawal 3 bulan dah ajar duduk dlm baby car seat sebab isnin-jumaat mama hantar/ambik abang adam ke tadika....kalau keluar shopping barang keperluan rumah, hannah duduk dlm stroller, abang adam tolak troli hehe...bagusnyer si abang.....mama tolong2 jugak la abang tu...kesian....sebaik boleh je duduk, dah ajar hannah duduk dlm troli...memandangkan body hannah kecik je...ramai orang tengok macam tak percaya hannah boleh duduk stabil dlm troli :-p
Alhamdulillah.....dari kecik dah jadi gadjet usung sana sini....takde masalah sangat la kalau nak bawak dia ke mana-mana....tapi kekadang ada jugak time mood dia tak bagus....
Ini gambar hannah semalam....dah 2 tahun 2 bulan.....berat dah 10kg....bagi setengah orang berat gini masih ringan la ikut umur dia kan hehe...takpe la janji sihat :-p
Dah pandai berceloteh...memandangkan membesar dgn abang, hannah lebih minat dgn citer ultraman, digimon....baru sekarang dia minat dgn barbie coz mama beli banyak barbie, nak bagi dia minta dgn dolls....takut nanti jadi tomboy pulak anak dara mama hehe...sekarang bila sebut barbie princess.....terus dia menari pusing2 ala-ala Barbie & The Diamond Castle " I feel connected...."....tambah2 lagi kalau pakai dress...:-)
Hannah dari kecik panggil eynda "mama". Tapi agaknyer terpengaruh dgn citer2 kat TV, sekarang dia panggil eynda "MUM"!! :-p
Nanti eynda citer pasal adam pulak....nak kena korek gambar masa dia baby dlm album....masa tu takde digital camera lagi :-p

Gambar raya haji....

Baru dapat gambar2 ni dari anak biras....ni guna kamera diaorg.....lokasi di Yan, tengah tunggu upacara korban lembu....gambar ni je sempat ambik dgn kurung moden yg beli kat giant last minute haha....nak pakai baju yg buat masa raya puasa (belum sempat pakai), bila try dah macam baju pinjam!! (ehemmm) Terus sabtu b4 balik kedah terjah gerai2 dlm giant...dlm banyak2 baju ni je eynda suka...tak kisah la dah ramai pakai masa raya puasa kot baju ni hehe....dah off season baru nak beli :-p Atleast nampak terletak gak kat badan....:-)
Anyway.....eynda rasa muka eynda masih chubby :-p
