3KM versus 5KM.......



Minggu ni eynda pantau larian di gym....

Isnin selasa rabu eynda lari 30 minit bersamaan 3KM-3.5KM.... lepas tu eynda sambung buat powerwalk 30 minit guna incline 1%-10%.... campur stretching dlm 10 minit.... eynda boleh burned 500-600 kalori per day.....

Hari ni eynda lari 5KM bersamaan 44 minit....lepas 5KM memang dah letih giler... boleh buat stretching aje.... total calories burned hanya 400++ termasuk stretching.....

So mana yg untung??

Lari 30 minit + powerwalk 30 minit + strecthing 10 minit (total 1 jam 10 minit) = 500++-600++ kalori.

Lari 5KM 44 minit + stretching 10 minit (total 54 minit +-) = 400++ kalori.

Baik pilih lari 30 minit tu kot hehehehe...tapi kalau nak test endurance boleh la buat 5KM.... sekarang 5KM eynda buat seminggu sekali aje...

Esok plan sprint 10 minit + weight lifting banyak2 + stretching.....

Sepanjang ahad-khamis ni eynda dah burned 2400++ kalori *wink*



Muka blushing lepas lari 5KM ngeeeeee.....

Kak Eynda! Saya pun tengah training 5KM juge. Seminggu saya lari dalam 3 kali. I'm not a runner since small and it was tough. Tapi rasa macam best bila setiap kali lari dapat improve rekod masa yang lama. 1st time lari 5K aritu saya finish up dalam masa 41minutes. Masa tu mmg pancit teruk. Sekarang lepas 4 kali lari dah turun ke 39 minutes. Tapi target nak cuba in 35 minutes. Xtaulah berhasil tak. Jom lari! :D

tunggu 2-3 bulan lg boleh dh masuk marathon kak Eynda:)
