Update Berat Badan & Ukurlilit.

Result dated 1/11/2009

Berat : 62.4kg
Chest : 36 inch
Tummy : 27 inch
Waist : 29 inch
Belly : 38 inch
Hips : 39 inch
Arms : 11 1/2 inch
Upper thigh : 24 inch
thigh (center) : 21 1/2 inch
Lower thigh : 18 inch
Calf : 13 inch




Today's Result:

Apasal ek tak reti benar nak ambik gambar berat badan...dah le blurr...pas tu nampak bayang2 eynda plak...isskk...

Chest : 36 inch
Tummy : 27 inch
Waist : 29 inch

Arms : 11 1/2 inch

Takde banyak beza sangat kat ukurlilit sebab dok workout main-main je..
Last saturday berat eynda 63.3kg....sebab diambang period agaknyer...
Nasib baik la pagi ni dah turun balik berat tu...
Hopefully next saturday turun lagi banyak weeeeeeeee....


Petang ni takde treatment kat LWM sebab tengah period. Tapi kena pegi kejap sat lagi...nak ambik meal plan yg kononnyer lagi strict dari yg dapat hari tu...

eynda...kalau w/kout bebetul pun berat tak banyak turun jugak tapi inci akan mengecil lebih byk,,,,,mcm kita hari2 jogging 45 minit keatas dan selang sehari akan main weight training....berat kita dari 1.11.09 cuma turun 1kg je...tapi baju yg b4 1.11.09 ketat dah jadi longgar....

betul kata kak baie tu, kak eynda..hehe...ada org inchi bdn yg turun..okla2..1 perubahan...yg ptg akak buat...mcm nk tau je plan pemakanan oleh lWM tu??x nk share kak?

Baie...ye betul...sebelum ni eynda pernah disiplin selama 6 bulan...diet kira kalori...workout 5 hari seminggu, 2 kali sehari....6 bulan tu cuma susut 3kg je tau....tapi inches kurang anggaran 3-5inches setiap part badan ni.....

Kali ni je macam slow skit part workout...masih sesi memanaskan semangat kekekeke...

p/s: marathon ke belog2 smabil melantak roti sosej - ada hati nk jelos? apekahhh!
