99HTN Day 4.


Alhamdulillah dah hari ke4 tanpa nasi....
Boleh pulak ye tak makan nasi langsung...
Padahal sebelum start contest ni hari2 makan nasi...kekadang sehari dua kali!!
Patut la berat badan naik bagai belon dipam :-p

Ok update utk today:


Awal pagi : 500ml H20 + perah lemon skit + secubit garam.
Olive oil satu sudu besar.


Breakfast :  HL strawberry milk 250ml + 1 banana.
H20 500ml


Snack : 5 keping otak-otak + milo 3 in 1 semug
H20 500ml


Lunch : Udon Mee + fishball soup semangkuk + nescafe tarik semug.
H20 500ml


Snack : -


Dinner : Fettucini in Alfredo blablabla sauce semangkuk kecik + H20 500ml


Total H20 a day 2.5 liter
Workout : elliptical 20 minit.



Udon Mee + fishball soup.


Nak kick lagi eynda letak sambal kicap wallaaaa....



Ni dinner punya menu...
Fettucinni + sos alfredo blablabla apa ntah tak ingat apa tulis kat tin tuh...
Teringin nak makan so buat jugak la...buat utk hubby jugak...

Oh my, u have a good determination! I've tried to skip rice before and i felt really good. Since Dec i've dropped 6kgs within 9 months and was hoping to shed the extra weight again this coming months. :)

eynda masak ke udon mee n fishball soup tu?mcm mana rupa udon mee tu ye? i mean b4 masak la:)
bukan apa zarin n family suka makan udon n soup ni tp slalu makan kat kedai le...nampak sambal kicap tu terus terliur ni...terasa mcm nak wat udon mee n fishball mlm nanti..hihi maklum le my other half balik petang nanti :)

Zarin..ha'ah eynda masak...udon mee b4 masak bentuk cam tu jugak...bukan jenis kering...giant shah alam ada jual bahagian jual mee kuning/kueteow....nak masak just celur 3 minit ikut aturan tapi eynda celur lama skit dlm 5 minit hehe...sedapkan udon mee...kena dgn sambal kicap tu macam tak cukup semangkuk :-p

Lady...akak buat fishball soup tu macam biasa je pas tu masukkan udon mee...jap lagi akak buat entry pasal udon mee...itu resepi hentam aje dari akak kekekeke....

yuyu...mula2 dulu bila minum air masak banyak2 rasa nak pitam pun ada...tapi sekarang dah ok...dah biasa...tambah2 kalau workout boleh sampai ke 4 liter sehari :-p

Neeza...thanks...sebab tu la eynda cuma makan semangkuk kecik je walaupun hati meronta-ronta nak tambah lagi hehe...sos tu utk 3 hidangan dlm 100++ kalori aje cuma fatnyer banyak la..huhu ..takut tapi sebab teringin nak makan takmo sekat2...nanti meroyan lagi banyak plak eynda makan :-D

kak,
jadik semangat nak teruskan usaha tanak nasi..hehehe. cousin nana pon die tak makan nasi, boleh kurus. mula2 mmg susah..tapi2 lama ok. plus pulak wat workout...mmg jadik. tp die pi gym la. now, die dah kurus jeles nana jupe tima raya ari tu.

nway, kak eynda selalu lah update menu kat sini. boleh la cari idea untuk makan2 w/out nasi :D

Macam sedap jer..mungkin pasal makan ngan sambal kicap kot..nanti nak try la menu sihat ni..

Nana...dah banyak kisah kejayaan kurus sebab tak makan nasi ni...harap2 menjadi jugak la kat kita kan hehe...memang akan sentiasa update...akak pun jalan2 cari idea nak makan apa hihi...

Hanim....insyaallah harap2 cukup la 99 hari...try la nanti mee udon...kat japanese restaurant mesti ada jugak...tapi takde sambal kicap la kekekeke...
