Takde yg menarik...
Breakfast : mee goreng skit...kueteow goreng skit...makan kat kedai...yg tu je ada...
Air jus kasturi asam boi.
snack : ice coffee & kopok lekor 2-3 ketul
Lunch : -
Snack : Kueteow sup
Dinner : dominos pizza 1 slice (small)
H20 perday : 1.5 liter
Workout : - (weekend)
