Diet & Workout ~ Day 5 (22/7/2009)

Report utk semalam....
 
Bangun pagi ~ ACV + 500ml air masak.
 
Breakfast ~ wholegrain 2 keping + cheese sekeping + orange juice 250ml + nescafe 1 mug.
 
Snack ~ yogurt + green tea 500ml
 
Lunch ~ brown rice 1 cup + sayur + ikan sambal tumis
Snack petang ~ HL coklat 250ml.....kenyang nasi masih ada so minum susu jek..
Dinner ~ Epal + belimbing + air masak 500ml
Workout petang ~ ZUMBA
Total green tea = 2 liter
H20 = 1.5 liter
ACV = 500ml

go sis go..sy pun nak ikut cr sis diet tapi sy xlalu lah nak mkn salad2 tu..boleh tak kalu sy minum green tea/ detox tea tu tp sy mkn nasi n lauk2 minyak2..
sy ni kurang mkn nasi..sehari mlm je sy mkn tp makan pun bukan beria2..kat opis sy hanya minum nescaffe 3 in 1 n biskut hupseng tu 6 keping. Dalam kul 8 baru mkn sama ngan asben..

uittt diet dia?? mcm2 ada..my secret of diet mkn 2 ari sekalii. lunch dgn dinner but time dinner tu bole belasah apa je n not munch inbetween. tyu psl la mkn apa jeee...badan keding je :)

Hanim....kalau tak nak makan salad makan la buah ker...biskut fiber ke...jangan biar perut kosong...nanti metabolisme turun...slow2 try...green tea bagus utk buang lemak minyak kat apa yg kita makan....

Yanie.....eynda takleh buat macam tu sebab nanti eynda akan ngunyah 24 jam....pas tu ntah apa-apa masuk dlm perut hehe......ehh...2 hari sekali atau 2 kali sehari?? Ok la kalau diet cam tu berkesan kat yanie :-)



Sha...memang sedap....zumba tu boleh ketagih hehe...
