Diet & Workout ~ Day 4 (21/7/2009)

Hai semuaaaaa.....sihat hari ni??
Malam tadi ngantuk sangat, masuk tido awal...tak sempat nak update menu/workout utk day 4 semalam....
Alhamdulillah eynda timbang berat badan pagi tadi ada ler turun skit hihi....tapi takmo reveal lagi....tunggu Jumaat ni kalau turun betul2 eynda snap gambar latest update ;-)
 
Bangun pagi ~ ACV 1 sudu besar + H20 500ml
 
Breakfast ~ raisin oatmeal 2 keping + susu HL coklat 250ml
 
Snack ~ 1 yogurt + green tea 500ml
 
Lunch ~ Brown rice 1 cup + tomyam ayam (ayam tersorok dlm tu hihi...3 ketul size kotak mancis)
Snack petang ~ biskut IKO sepeket + white coffee (ku insan biasa.....even ZUZANA *idola utk diet/workout eynda* pun takleh tinggal kopi tau haha...tapi body dia...fuhhh....)
Dinner ~ Belimbing sebiji + green apple sebiji + yogurt drink 250ml.
Workout ~ elliptical 30 minit (petang)
Total green tea = 2 liter (banyak takde dlm gambar sebab minum bila2 suka...jenuh nak snap hehe)
H20 = 1.5 liter
ACV = 500ml

eynda, sy dh try minum air asam keping...adeihhh...masam2 pahit...tp sy telan gak la....harap2 berterusan...

huhu.. kak eynda.. lady tak sihat, nak workout pun tak leh, demam dah 2 hari.. huhu.. dah la intenet meragam..

Que...alah bisa tegal biasa...nanti2 laju je minum hehe...



Lady...alaaa ciannyer...rehat la dulu....akak demam last week nasib baik la weekend...tapi memang takleh buat apa...rumah semak sungguh weekend lepas hehe...masak pun tak :-(

aduhh bila la kite leh diet mcm kak eynda nih...skang ni pon ganti karbo nasi tiap2 hari baby bising2 lagi...sian kan...

Kalo dinner minum yogurt drink shj ok kan.. nk try gak la.. x sbr nk tggu jumaat ni..

Bitt....nanti baby dah stop nyusu atau dah besar skit macam hannah boleh la diet...tapi akak rasa pemakanan yg healthy takkan jejaskan susu....malah ada baby yg lagi suka sebab susu jadi pekat & sedap hehe....yg bahaya kalau diet tapi tak makan!
