Eynda pernah janji nak share meal plan LWM kat blog kan...
Dah dapat hari sabtu lepas....
Hari ni baru sempat nak buat entry...
Morning : wake up take 500ml warm water + 1 pc of lemon + a bite of salt (detox)
Breakfast :
1) 2 pcs bread
2) 5 pcs biscuits
3) 1 cup of cornflakes
4) 1 hard boiled egg
(pilih salah satu)
Lunch:
1) 1/2 rice + 2 servings of veggies + 1 serving of protein (fish/chicken/egg/seafood/tofu)
2) meehoon soup
3) Porridge
4) Sandwich
5) 5 pcs yong tau fu soup
(pilih salah satu)
Teabreak : fruits
Dinner :
2 servings of veggies + soup (protein is optional)
(before 7.30pm)
Supper:
1 cup of plain yogurt
Reminder : drink 3 liters of water a day.
Fruits advice : kiwi/dragonfruit/green apple/orange/tomato/grapefruits
Rasa macam eynda tak ikut sangat la meal plan ni hehe....ikut hati je apa nak makan, makannn :-p

bestnya. can lose a lot kalau ikut meal plan tu? tapi u gigih workout kan?

ku pon dah amik EVO tu hehe.. baru 4-5 hari try.. nanti dh abih sebotol baru leh tau kesan kekek...
ku pon kena start dietlah.. muka dh tembam giler huwaaaaa.. tak balance langsung bdn.. berat pon dh 59kg.. tu berat masa peknen hoho
kak eynda, memula lady baca breakfast menu tu happy giler.. tetiba ada (pilih salah satu).. hihi.. terkedu jap kalau pilih salah satu perut mcm lady ni mesti tak kenyang..
tapi menu tengahari kalau makan bihun sup ok jugak kan... hirup2 sup/makanan berkuah cepat skit kenyang kan..

he he he..leh la tiru diet plan eynda tu .. dah tgk eynda gigih ni rasa cam nak beerdiet balik pulak
