Awal pagi : EVO 1 sudu besar + bancuhan perahan lemon dgn 500ml H20 + secubit garam.
Breakfast : Roti bakar + low fat cheese 1 set
Nescafe tarik 1/2 mug
Snack : Otak2 5 kpg + nescafe tarik 1/2 mug
Lunch : Wantan Mee in fishball soup with shredded chicken (the chicken rice shop)
Jus kasturi asam boi + ice blended mocha coolblog
Dinner : Stew veggies (capsicum + celery + mushroom) + wholegrain bun sebijik + tempe bakar.
Total H20 per day : 2.5 liter
Green tea : 1.5 liter
Workout : Denise Austin Fat Burning Dance Remix 50 minit.
