ASTRO Pulaakkkk....

 
Macam-macam dugaan bertimpa-timpa....
Tengahari semalam siaran ASTRO kat ruang tamu gambar macam pecah2 (selalunyer sebab cuaca)..sampai malam....nak tengok tv pun sakit mata je....nasib baik ada ASTRO lagi 1 dlm bilik tido....tak la rasa stress sangat...
Pagi ni try bukak ASTRO kat ruang tamu...screen dah kosong terus!
Macam-macam buat tak jadi apa pun...termasuk la try insert smart card dari ASTRO dlm bilik ke decoder ruang tamu....tak jadi apa jugak...
Baru jap tadi call customer service ASTRO...check2 balik, eynda kena call kondo punya management sebab kat sini centralized ASTRO dish...
Tengah tunggu technician datang check...
Hhhmmm....macam-macam adaaaaaa......
Pelik betul la.......gambar satelite signal tu baru snap tadi........baru perasan tarikh tak betul :-p

i pernah kena camni...huruhara sbb dah tak reti nak tngk channel bese..rope2nyer decoder rosak padahal baru pakai 1 year...

hehe.. lady penah keje kat astro b4 this.. ni antara masalah yg customer kerap buat komplen..
kalau gambo pecah2 mmg sbb cuace, kalau tgk ennda punye signal AGC n BER tu mmg tak brape bagus..slalunya kalau macam ni kita akan hantar signal baru n mintak customer power reset.. n so on, kalau tak berjaya jugak hanto technician.
semalam hujan, kat umah lady pun tak leh tgk gak astro.. tapi bila hujang stop, astro pun ok balik..

Posh....hubby pun suspect decoder ada problem...tengah tunggu tech ni...tak datang2 lagi...dah sejam :-(



Lady....kalau sebab cuaca tu dah paham sangat...tapi rasa ni bukan sebab cuaca...sebab astro kat dlm bilik tido takde problem padahal guna connection yg sama...tadi dah check dgn CS signal AGC & BER....tapi dia suruh check dgn management dulu coz sini kan centralized...kalau dia buat setting dari astro takut effect kat jiran2 pulak hehe....takpe tunggu tech datang check....dulu pernah jadi gak sebab kilat petir kuat....ni takde kilat petir pun...

a'a betul kalau centralized dish kene tggu mgmt check dulu..
hehe.. banyak sabo ye eynda, dulu masa keje cust kalau call astro asik nak marah jer, lam hati ni geram gak, tapi mulut kene senyum n terimaaaaaaaaa jer apa cust kata.. hehe..

Tengah bersabar la ni hehe....tadi pun macam terpikir...CS tu cakap lembut je tapi dlm hati dia sape tahu kan...tapi eynda ni jenis tak suka marah2 hehe...eynda pun cakap lembut2 jugak :-p Baru adil ;-)

kalau dapat customer macam eynda, mesti semua CS happy.. :-)

kadang tu customer ada yg guna perkataan yg tak sepatutnya.. huhuhu.. tapi bukan salah depa jugak, dah astro buat hal, sape tak bengang kan.. hehe..

Eynda memang tak suka maki orang tak tentu pasal....tapi kalau berhari-hari tak repair memang eynda akan kacau diaorg selalu hehe...tadi technician dari management dah dtg check. Confirm bukan problem dari kondo ...so eynda dah buat report dgn ASTRO...tunggu dlm masa 48 jam la technician ASTRO lak datang....

ku dulu selalu channel hilang.. tv3 ada tv1 lak takder.. kdg hbo ada starmovie lak takder.. call astro diaorg antar technician rupanya board hijau kat dlm tu terbakar.. suspect kena panah petir.. maybe masa hujan lebat tak off suis..kena ganti kat 100 gak huhu :(

Liana....kekadang jadi cam tu gak....tapi kejap je dah ok balik......petang ni tech dari astro nak datang check...harap takde masalah serius hehe...
