7am ~ blend 1 banana + lean shake GNC 2 scoops + anlene concentrate 1 kotak + air masak, make it 250ml.
7.30am ~ green tea 500ml
8.10am ~ JM level 1
10am ~ 1 green apple chopped + raisins 2 sudu teh
Soyrich with oats sekotak
1.30pm ~ brown rice 1 cup + 1 chicken (masak dlm microwave & oven without oil)+ mixed salads dressing olive oil + salt & pepper + lemon juice
4pm ~ nescafe susu 1 mug + IKO 1 peket
6.30pm ~ JM level 1
8pm ~ Tofu jepun kukus dgn vegetables
Air masak 2 liter + green tea 1 liter

eynda...tofu jepun tu kalau kat department store...yg tulis tofu ka?..neisya suka makan ni, ada satu restoren kat kangar ni jual ni, memang sedap...tak pernah buat sendiri...nak masak kukus aja mcm tu ke?letak apa lagi?
Neisya...rasanyer tulis tofu...atau tauhu jepun kot...eynda tak pernah makan kat luar menu ni tau...hari tu ternampak sorang pompuan kat alamanda foodcourt ratah lauk je...diet kot..tofu ni pun ada. eynda pun try cari resepi kat tenet. Nanti eynda buat entry resepi tofu ni.
