Update berat & ukurlilit terkini....

Tinggi 164cm Berat asal @ isnin 10/11 = 60.7kg hips 39" arms 11" waist 30" thighs 23" calf 14" Body fat 32% Ukurlilit @ 9/1  : Hips 37.5" arms 10.8" waist 26.8" peha atas 22" peha tengah 20" peha bawah 17" calf 13.5" berat 58.6kg Body fat 24.2% Water 55.3%
Ukurlilit @ 14/2 (today) : Hips 37.5" arms 10.8" waist 26.8" peha atas 21.8" peha tengah 19" peha bawah 16 1/2" calf 13.5" berat 58.4kg Body fat 24.2% Water 55.3% (pagi tadi lupa kira body fat & water la...)
Hampir sebulan eynda stop diet & workout. Makan...makan...makan...nasib baik la takde effect sangat ...actually sebelum eynda stop diet tu berat eynda 58.4kg.....pas tu sebelum start diet minggu ni berat eynda 59.7kg hehe.....pagi ni timbang dah turun ke 58.4kg balik....legaaaaa.....sekarang dlm proses sambung diet & workout... :-)
