Ini adalah rutin workout eynda sekarang...selain guna elliptical yg gabak kat rumah ni hehe....seminggu 5 hari workout...sehari 2 kali....tapi ikut mood jugak la....kalau banyak hal...kurang la workout....kalau muscle pain eynda rehat jap...macam pagi ni tak workout coz 2 hari eynda buat aggressive punya workout pagi petang so sudah dapat muscle pain...
Tue : am-elliptical 20 minit + pilates 50 minit
pm - JM level 3 20 minit + elliptical 30 minit
Wed : am - pum it up 1 jam 5 minit
pm - JM level 3 20 minit + elliptical 20 minit
so rehat jap maybe petang ni sambung workout.....eynda rekomen sangat kalau korang nak workout guna DVD, cari la ketiga-tiga DVD ni...memang 5 stars!! Jangan beli buat hiasan dlm muzium udah la ye hehe....

beli kat mana JM ni enyda..neisya cari kat tesco takdak...
nampak pulak pic ni, pic voucher pun nampak...tp pic baju enyda tak leh view....huhu
